Deadcatrp S.R.L. (hereinafter, «Deadcatrp», «we» or «the company»), with registered address at Av. Camacho No. 1456, Edificio Torres del Sur, Floor 8, Office 802, La Paz, Bolivia, and Tax ID (NIT) 1023847561, is committed to protecting the personal information of users of the deadcatrp.com platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with current Bolivian legislation.
1. Information we collect
We collect information that you provide directly when using our platform: personal identification data (full name, identity document number), contact data (email, phone number, postal address), financial information necessary for participation in crowdlending projects (bank details, transaction history within the platform), and technical data automatically generated during your browsing (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and time spent).
2. Purpose of data processing
We use your personal information to: manage your registration and account on the platform; facilitate your participation in real estate crowdlending projects; comply with legal and regulatory obligations established by ASFI and other competent authorities of the Plurinational State of Bolivia; communicate relevant updates about the projects you participate in; improve the functionality and user experience of our platform; and prevent fraudulent activities or misuse of the service.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your personal data is based on: your explicit consent when registering on the platform; the execution of the contractual relationship between you and Deadcatrp; compliance with legal obligations under Bolivian regulations, including Telecommunications Law No. 164 and its regulations; and our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and proper functioning of the platform.
4. Data sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share data exclusively with: Bolivian regulatory entities (ASFI, SIN, UIF) when required by law; technology service providers who assist us in operating the platform, under strict confidentiality agreements; and financial entities participating in transaction processes, limited to strictly necessary information.
5. Storage and security
Your information is stored on secure servers with end-to-end encryption. We implement technical and organizational measures including: AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit; role-based access controls with multi-factor authentication; periodic security audits conducted by independent third parties; and incident response plans in accordance with international best practices. We retain your data for as long as you maintain an active account and for an additional period of five (5) years after closure, in compliance with Bolivian regulatory requirements.
6. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to: access the information we hold about you; rectify inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes described; object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds; and request portability of your data to another platform. 7. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable legislation. Any modifications will be published on this page with the corresponding update date. We will notify you by email of substantial changes at least thirty (30) days in advance.
