These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the deadcatrp.com platform, operated by Deadcatrp S.R.L., a company incorporated under the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, with Tax ID (NIT) 1023847561 and registered address at Av. Camacho No. 1456, Edificio Torres del Sur, Floor 8, Office 802, La Paz, Bolivia. By accessing or using the platform, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Nature of the service
Deadcatrp operates as a real estate crowdlending technology platform that facilitates the connection between individuals interested in participating in real estate projects and the promoters of those projects. Deadcatrp does not act as a financial institution, does not take public deposits, and does not guarantee returns or results of projects listed on the platform. Each project has its own conditions, risks, and projections, which must be individually evaluated by each participant.
2. Eligibility and registration
To use the platform you must: be at least eighteen (18) years old; have legal capacity to enter into contracts under Bolivian law; provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process; and maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials. Deadcatrp reserves the right to verify the information provided and to reject or suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.
3. Project participation
Participation in crowdlending projects through the platform involves risks inherent to the real estate market, including but not limited to: fluctuations in property values, construction or development delays, changes in applicable regulations, and risk of partial or total loss of contributed capital. Deadcatrp does not offer financial or investment advice. Each participant is responsible for evaluating risks and making informed decisions.
4. User obligations
By using the platform, you agree to: use the service only for legitimate purposes; not attempt to access unauthorized systems, data, or functionalities; not reproduce, duplicate, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without express authorization; provide truthful information in all your interactions with the platform; and comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and their compilation, is the property of Deadcatrp S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by Bolivian and international intellectual property laws. A limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license is granted to the user to access and use the platform in accordance with these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
Deadcatrp provides the platform «as is» and «as available». We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by Bolivian law, Deadcatrp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
7. Dispute resolution
Any controversy arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the first instance through direct negotiation between the parties. If an agreement is not reached within thirty (30) days, the parties may resort to arbitration administered by the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the National Chamber of Commerce of Bolivia, headquartered in La Paz, in accordance with its current regulations.
8. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any matter not addressed in these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the Bolivian Commercial Code and other applicable regulations.
9. Modifications
Deadcatrp reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
